Symetra Financial requires a self-contained narrative report of a complete appraisal to be signed by an appraiser.

Reports must contain:

  • The signature of an appraiser with a MAI designation.
  • Land value estimate.
  • New construction cost estimate.
  • Insurable value estimate.

Reports should be addressed to Symetra Financial. Summary reports may be acceptable on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for any special arrangements or questions.

If you have not established a title company for this transaction, we ask that you consider using one of the following national accounts. We have established relationships with these companies and they have our specific closing requirements on file.
