About Mortgage Loan
The Symetra Commercial Mortgage Loan department is run by a team of seasoned professionals in origination, underwriting, closing and servicing.
Symetra has 30 years of experience funding commercial properties across the nation. Symetra Commercial Mortgage Loan department is an internal investment function of Symetra. Through our relationships with mortgage bankers we are able to lend on completed commercial and multi-family properties.
Our focus is on projects between $1 million and $20 million with a majority between $1 million to $10 million. Examples of eligible properties are:
- Small office buildings
- Medical/dental buildings
- Light industrial/warehouse
- Multi-tenant, single tenant
- Retail properties
- Apartments
- Selected other property types
